Lari Creative (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase through larifreeman.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
Use of the Services
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you will use the Services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
Products and Services
We offer original artwork, creative goods, and related physical and digital products. All product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders at our discretion.
Payments
Payments are processed through Shopify and approved third-party payment processors, including cryptocurrency payment providers such as Crypto.com Pay. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.
Cryptocurrency Payments
If you choose to pay using cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and agree that cryptocurrency transactions are final, irreversible, and non-chargeable once confirmed on the blockchain. We cannot cancel, reverse, or retrieve cryptocurrency payments after confirmation.
You are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses and selecting the correct blockchain network. We do not store private keys, recovery phrases, or cryptocurrency wallet credentials and do not have access to your wallet.
Any refund requests related to cryptocurrency purchases are evaluated at our sole discretion and, if approved, may be issued as store credit or a fiat currency equivalent. Cryptocurrency network fees and gas fees are non-refundable.
Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees associated with your purchase, including any taxes related to cryptocurrency transactions.
Shipping and Delivery
Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once delivered. Unless otherwise stated, digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, tokenize, mint as NFTs, train artificial intelligence models, or otherwise commercially exploit digital products without express written permission.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including artwork, designs, images, text, logos, and files, is the exclusive intellectual property of Lari Creative and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are accepted only where required by law or explicitly stated in a product listing. Cryptocurrency purchases are not eligible for chargebacks. Abuse of refund or dispute processes may result in refusal of service.
Fraud and Misuse
We reserve the right to investigate and take action against suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse of the Services. This may include canceling orders, suspending access, refusing future service, or cooperating with payment processors and legal authorities as required.
Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment processors and blockchain networks. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of such services is subject to their own terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lari Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or purchase of products.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law; however, all exclusions and limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lari Creative from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site.
