Lari Creative operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and disputes are handled when you make a purchase through larifreeman.com.

Physical Products

Returns for physical products are accepted only if explicitly stated in the product listing.

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless required by law

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Digital Products

All digital products, including digital artwork, downloads, or files, are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once delivered.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that delivery occurs immediately upon access or download and that refunds are not available once delivery has occurred.


Cryptocurrency Payments

Purchases made using cryptocurrency are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions:

  • Chargebacks are not possible

  • Refunds are not guaranteed

  • We cannot reverse or retrieve cryptocurrency once a transaction is confirmed

Any refund requests for cryptocurrency purchases are evaluated at our sole discretion and, if approved:

  • May be issued as store credit or fiat currency equivalent

  • Will not include network fees, gas fees, or transaction costs

  • Are not guaranteed to be returned in cryptocurrency


Order Issues and Errors

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation (such as photographs). We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.


Disputes and Chargeback Abuse

Before initiating any dispute or claim, you agree to contact us directly to attempt resolution.

Filing a chargeback for a cryptocurrency transaction or abusing refund and dispute processes may result in:

  • Refusal of service

  • Cancellation of future orders

  • Permanent restriction from purchasing through the Services


Fraud and Misuse
